My name is Carlos Sola,I am a filmmaker from Madrid, Spain. I am a BA (Hons) graduate from the London film academy currently based in London. I am currently working in the Grip & electrical department. I have worked in various Documentaries, features and short films. I am a hard worker and aim to perform at my best level.I particularly enjoy watching films that are able to tell a story through lighting, and how a minor change can shift the narrative completely. Since I was a kid, I would run around with my dad’s camera, trying to shoot everything I possibly could. In my mind, the idea of making this small hobby into a career wasn't even a possibility, but my love for film, shots, camera movements and light have been growing in me for the past years. For me, light in a film is one of the most important aspects that make it great, it's incredible how light can be shaped to tell a story and convey emotions as well as the frames and shots.
